Meet Our Executive Team
Todd Kammeyer, President of Fred Meyer stores. Todd began his career in 1992 as a courtesy clerk at the Smith’s Food & Drug store in South Ogden, Utah. For the next twenty years, he worked in many store, district, and division leadership positions. In 2013, Todd joined the Fry’s Division as a district manager. He was promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2015 and later moved to Merchandising in 2017. Todd joined Fred Meyer as Vice President of Operations in 2019. Most recently Todd was Vice President of Merchandising for Fred Meyer. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business from Weber State University. He also completed food industry management programs at the University of Southern California and Cornell University

Kendra Doyel, Vice President of Merchandising for Fred Meyer. Kendra joined the company in 1998 as a pharmacist in the Fry’s Division. Since then, she has held several diverse and important leadership roles for Fry’s, Ralphs and Food 4 Less. She was named Pharmacy coordinator in 2002 and promoted to director, Public Relations for the Fry’s Division in 2006. In 2008, she moved to the Ralphs and Food 4 Less Divisions as the Public Affairs and Government Relations leader and was responsible for all internal and external communication in both divisions. In 2017, she was promoted HR leader for Ralphs and Food 4 Less, and in 2019, she was promoted to Vice President of Merchandising for the Ralphs division.
Kendra has served as the chair of the board for the California Grocers Association and on the board of directors for the Network of Executive Women. Earlier this year, the CGA Educational Foundation presented Kendra with their Hall of Achievement Award for her outstanding service and dedication to the food industry. She holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy and psychology from the University of New Mexico.

Mike Goodwin is the VP of Operations for Fred Meyer. Mike joined Kroger in May of 2022 with 31 years of experience in retail. He is a motivating leader and an expert in encouragement and thought-provocation that fosters personal and professional goal achievement and growth. He has worked all throughout Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, Texas, Nevada, Utah and now Idaho, Washington, Oregon and Alaska. Mike attended Metropolitan State College of Denver and is a graduate of University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business Food Industry Executive program as well as Portland State University’s Today’s Managers Tomorrow’s Leaders program.
