What are the benefits of creating a digital account?
With a digital account, you can:

  • Save time and money with Digital Coupons
  • Sign up to receive Fred Meyer email , to receive the weekly circular, special promotions and newsletters
  • View fuel points and annual savings
  • Create and maintain Shopping Lists
  • Manage your prescriptions
  • And much more!

What is needed to create a digital account?

A digital account can be created with just an email address. However, this account will be limited to viewing content on our website or mobile app.

To take full advantage of our all of our digital services, like saving with digital coupons, receiving specials via email, managing your shopping list(s) and maintaining your prescriptions online, simply add your Rewards® Card.

If you don’t have a card number or it’s no longer available, you can create a virtual card number during the registration process.

How do I create a digital account?

Creating a digital account is as simple as 1,2,3!

  1. Select ‘Register’ (from the top-right of our website).
  2. Enter your information.
  3. Select ‘Create Account’.

How to create a virtual card number?
If you don’t have a card number or it’s no longer available, you can create a virtual card number during the registration process.

After you have entered your email address, password, email and selected ‘Create Account’, you will be taken to an ‘Add your card number to your account’ pageIf you don’t have a Rewards® Card you will need to create a virtual card number.

  • Select ‘Get a virtual card number today’.
  • Enter your personal details.
  • Enter an Alternate ID

(Typically our customers use their mobile phone number, but any 10 digit number may be used, as long as it is not already in use)

  • Select ‘Save’.

The Alternate ID that you entered is what you’ll use as your virtual card number.

During registration, I’m receiving an error message stating that my email address is already registered. What do I do?

  • If you have already created an account online previously, but can’t remember the password, simply select ‘Forgot My Password’ and enter your email address. You’ll receive a password reset email shortly that will allow you to update your password.
  • If you have not created an account previously, please contact us at 1-800-576-4377, so we can help you.

*The site is not accepting my Rewards® Card.
There are multiple reasons that this could happen. Make sure that you entered the entire card number with no spaces or dashes.

It’s possible that your card number is associated with another digital account. Please contact our Customer Service Center to have them assist with this concern.

The site is not accepting my Alternate ID.
This may happen when the alternate ID and and last name provided do not match what we have on file. Typically this happens because the information that we have on file is out of date (e.g. customer signed up for a Rewards® Card using her maiden name and is now entering a her married name). Please contact our Customer Service Center to have them update this information.

How do I log in to my digital account once it is created?

  1. Select ‘Sign In’ (from the upper right area of most pages).
  2. Enter your email address and password
  3. Select ‘Sign In’.

What do I do if I can't remember my password?

  1. Select ‘Sign In’ (from the upper right area of most pages).
  2. List item
  3. Select ‘Forgot Your Password?’
  4. Enter your email address
  5. Select ‘Continue’

You will receive a password reset email shortly. Follow the instructions in this email to reset your password.

How do I change my Account Settings?

  1. Select ‘Sign In’ (from the upper right area of most pages).
  2. Select ‘Account Settings’

Why do I need a digital account?
Having a digital account enables you to download digital coupons, find out what is on sale each week in your store, create shopping lists and manage your prescriptions.
