Peach Iced Tea

If fresh peaches are not in season, use drained canned peaches instead.

- 2 ripe peaches, peeled
- ½ cup sugar
- 8 whole cloves
- 4 bags black tea
- 2 quarts water
- 4 cups ice
- Poke 4 whole cloves into the flesh of each peach. Place peaches into a 4-quart slow cooker along with the tea bags and water. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 hours.
- Pour tea through a strainer and refrigerate. Serve with ice.
