Peach Iced Tea

If fresh peaches are not in season, use drained canned peaches instead.

  • 2 ripe peaches, peeled
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 8 whole cloves
  • 4 bags black tea
  • 2 quarts water
  • 4 cups ice


  • Poke 4 whole cloves into the flesh of each peach. Place peaches into a 4-quart slow cooker along with the tea bags and water. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 hours.
  • Pour tea through a strainer and refrigerate. Serve with ice.
