Cacio e Pepe Cheese Dip

  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 ounces plus 1 Tbsp. Murray’s Pecorino Calabrese, divided
  • 3 teaspoons ground black pepper, plus more to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • 10 ounces milk
  • Chives, for garnish
  • Crackers, for dipping, optional
  • Naan, for dipping, optional
  • Celery, for dipping, optional
  • Red bell pepper, for dipping, optional


  • Blend or mix together cream cheese, 3 ounces Pecorino Calabrese, black pepper, milk and salt until smooth.
  • Top with reserved Pecorino Calabrese and chopped chives.
