Our complex flavors, open air crumb and crispy crunchy crust are developed through a long fermentation using our original natural sourdough starter, high quality ingredients and long proofing times. To bake, preheat conventional oven to 385 degrees F. Remove bread from packaging. Place bread directly in center of oven rack. Bake 5-7 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Allow bread to cool before enjoying. All ovens vary; adjust baking times as necessary. Store any unbaked bread in a sealed plastic bag and freeze for later use.
