Years ago, I met Charlie, my co-founder, on a volleyball court, and since we both made careers at meat companies, it was no wonder we hit it off and became friends. It wasn''t long before we started brainstorming ideas for our own company.

Our vision was to build an environmentally conscious and community, friendly business that created and delivered the finest cured meats. Our dream was to build this one customer at a time, one box at a time.

Named after my youngest daughter, Zoe''s Meats is proud to be branded on hundreds of menus and to be the ingredient of choice to thousands of chefs, restaurateurs and retailers.
