It starts with organic sourdough bread from Essential Baking in Seattle, that our chocolatiers slice, butter and salt by hand before toasting into delightfully crunchy breadcrumbs. Our organic and fair trade 70% dark chocolate, made from scratch with cocoa beans sourced from the farmers, makes the perfect rich and smooth chocolate base for the buttery crunch of breadcrumbs, finished with a hint of sea salt from the Italian coast. It’s hard to top the deliciousness of bread, but this thoughtful pairing does just that.
