Red boat fish sauce's primary ingredient uses select fresh wild-caught anchovies from the crystal clear waters off the phu quoc island archipelago. We only use black anchovy to give a unique character and superior flavor to our fish sauce. Our centuries-old traditional method of slow fermentation in large tropical wood barrels helps to achieve the smoothest, richest and sweetest flavor. We bottle only pure first press “extra virgin” fish sauce so you get an amber elixir that is made of just two all natural ingredients: fresh wild caught anchovy and sea salt. Included is one 17 oz.
