When I was 16 years old, I took over my Dad''s meat snacks business. I spent hours at the local butcher shop selecting only the finest cuts of meat for our handcrafted meat snacks. Each morning before school, I''d make deliveries on my bicycle and head back again after school to finish my rounds. The company has changed a lot since those days, but the way we make jerky hasn''t. We still hand select each ingredient, and I still won''t put my name on a bag unless I approve of everything that went into it.
