Our Take & Bake Breads makes you the baker. These breads can be ambient or put in the freezer so you can have fresh bread from the oven in minutes. Our complex flavors, open air crumb and crispy crunchy crust are developed through a long fermentation using our original natural sourdough starter, high quality ingredients and long proofing times. Makes your next dinner, lunch or party exceptional with a loaf of our premium artisan breads.
To bake, preheat conventional oven to 385 degrees F. Remove bread from packaging. Place bread directly in center of oven rack. Bake 5-7 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Allow bread to cool before enjoying. All ovens vary; adjust baking times as necessary. Store any unbaked bread in a sealed plastic bag and freeze for later use.
