  Eastern Washington's warm days and cool nights provide the perfect conditions for producing rich, complex Cabernet Sauvignon. 2022 was an excellent year for Cabernet Sauvignon. An early spring and a warm summer provided ample ripening time to produce wines with expressive flavors, aromas, and true varietal characteristics. The resulting wine is a rich, balanced Cabernet with luscious fruit. It offers up a bouquet of black cherry, anise, currants, and toasty oak. The palate is very rich, toasty and balanced with supple tannins, cocoa and caramel.
