  The Cannonball icon is a symbol of your inner child, a time when life was carefree and all about having fun – that uninhibited spirit is the soul of Cannonball wines. The diverse California microclimates, topography and soils provide the perfect palette to create wines that are complex, highly consistent, and a pure expression of the varietal. We’ve crafted a Chardonnay that we believe offers something a little different – balance. Lush and expressive with flavors of poached pear, lemon curd, yellow plum and toasted almond.

  • Grapes are grown in coastal California vineyards known for cool, foggy mornings and warm, sunny afternoons
  • Flavors of white peach and citrus blossom along with sweet cream butter, caramelized sugar and pastry.
  • Aged for 9 months in 70% French oak and 30% stainless steel to make the wine elegant, structured and balanced.
  • A perfect pairing for oven-roasted chicken or grilled seafood dishes.
