Yes! Order through Pickup and email us your order number and how you would like your items shipped! Pickup orders should only be placed Sunday-Thursday in the 9am-3pm timeslots.
Anytime you’re in Anchorage or Fairbanks, you can do your shopping at our store, then have our Bush Department take care of the shipping. Call or email for details.

Your order will be packed and shipped from our store within 72 hours after we receive it (weekend orders usually ship by Tuesday).
Yes - a 10% preparation fee will be added. A minimum of $10 will be charged on all orders under $100. For large items like TV’s a flat fee of $25 will be charged instead of the 10% fee.
If any item you order is not satisfactory, simply return it to one of our stores or via mail. Returns from our Home Electronics or Shoe Departments must be made within 30 days; all other Departments within 90 days. View our complete return policy for details. If a return is being made due to error, the return shipping costs will be at our expense. If your return is not due to our error, the cost of return shipping will be at your expense.
Yes! Include your Rewards Card number on your form (if ordering by mail or fax) or give it to the Customer Service Representative (if ordering by phone). If you don’t have a Rewards Card yet, ask for one when you order.
