How do I sign up for Fred Meyer Rewards?

Just ask any Fred Meyer Cashier or at our Customer Service Desk. You can begin using your new Rewards Card— and start earning fuel points right away!

Can I earn fuel points on Prescriptions?

You earn 50 fuel points for every eligible prescription you fill at a Fred Meyer Pharmacy. Some exclusions apply for wholly or partially government-funded prescription plans, like Medicare or Medicaid.

In my house, we have 2 different Rewards Cards.

Rewards Cards with the same last name and address are automatically linked together. You can also call our Rewards Customer Service Center toll-free at 1-866-518-2686 to have a new card linked to your existing card. A maximum of 10 Rewards Cards can be linked.

Where can I update my information and check out my Rewards totals?

If you already have a Fred Meyer Rewards Card, you can set up your online account and link it to your Rewards Card. You'll be able to update your Rewards Card account information, plus you can check your fuel points.

I forgot my Rewards Card - can I use my phone number instead?

If your 10-digit phone number is linked to your Rewards Card, you can enter it in the keypad at checkout in place of scanning your Rewards Card. To link your phone number to your Rewards Card (or to update your account with a new phone number), just call the Rewards Customer Service Center toll-free at 1-866-518-2686.

I lost my Rewards Card. Can I get a replacement?

Ask any Fred Meyer Cashier for an application and a new card. If you fill out a new application and turn it in at the store, Rewards Cards with the same last name and address will automatically be linked. Or you can call the Rewards Customer Service Center toll-free at 1-866-518-2686 to have your new card linked to your old card.

Why did you change this program?

Rather than waiting for a quarterly rebate, we want to reward our customers with instant savings every time they shop. Customers will notice new low prices on favorites like milk, eggs, and produce every day. We’re increasing the frequency of personalized coupons and 2X, 3X and 4X fuel point events for more savings at the pump.

When will I receive my final rewards rebate?

The week of October 2nd

Will I still get fuel points?

Yes! Customers will earn continue to earn fuel points to save at the pump. Moving forward, rewards card holders will see more frequent 2x, 3x, & 4x fuel point promotions than ever before.

Will the fuel points for customers continue to come out monthly?

Yes! Each month is a separate accumulation period. We haven’t made any changes to the Fuel program.

Will the Fred Meyer Rewards Mastercard credit card still earn rewards points with rebates and double fuel points?

Yes! Fred Meyer Rewards Mastercard credit card customers will continue to earn rewards points with rebates on top of all the other offers. Customers can earn 2x rewards points on all purchases they make with the credit card at Fred Meyer and 1 reward point for all other purchases made on the credit card outside of Fred Meyer.

Will the Fred Meyer Rewards Mastercard rebates continue to come out in quarterly periods?

Yes!

Why do rewards cards holders need to make sure their information is up to date?

We will be sending customers more frequent personalized offers by mail and email. To make the most of our new program and get the best discounts, customers will need to have an up to date address, email address, and alternate ID attached to their rewards card.

If I sign up for a digital account, am I automatically signed up for a Rewards card if I do not have one?

Yes. When you sign up for a digital account you are signing up for a rewards card. If you already have a rewards card but do not have an email address attached, you’ll need update your information to take advantage of the new digital deals!

Will there be savings on general merchandise or just food?

Yes! You’ll see fantastic new savings on both general merchandise and food.
