Dennis Gibson

Dennis Gibson is the President of Fred Meyer. Dennis began his career in the retail industry in 1976 as a management trainee for Grand Central stores in Salt Lake City, Utah. After joining Fred Meyer in 1984, he served in a variety of roles for the apparel division in Oregon, Utah and Idaho. Between 1992 and 1999, Dennis held store director and district management positions for the Fred Meyer Division. He was promoted to Vice President and Regional Director for the division in 1999, prior to serving as Group Vice President of Store Operations.

In 2011, Dennis moved to The Kroger Co.'s Columbus Division to take on the role of Vice President of Operations. In 2013, he was named Vice President of Merchandising for the Columbus Division. He was responsible for the merchandising of 125 supermarkets in Ohio, the panhandle of West Virginia, and Michigan. In March of 2014, Dennis was named President of QFC. In July of 2016, Dennis was promoted to president of King Soopers/City Market.

Julian Cifliku

Julian Cifliku is CFO and Controller for Fred Meyer. Julian started with the Kroger company in 1996 and has a strong background in store management. He has held shrink and perishable coordinator positions at the Kroger Michigan division and was promoted to Assistant Controller in 2013. Julian started his current role at Fred Meyer in 2019. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Tirana Albania, a Master of Business Administration degree from Wayne State University, and a Master of Science degree in Accountancy degree from Walsh College.

Todd Kammeyer

Todd Kammeyer Vice President of Merchandising for Fred Meyer. Todd began his career in 1992 as a courtesy clerk at the Smith’s Food & Drug store in South Ogden, Utah. For the next twenty years, he worked in many store, district, and division leadership positions. In 2013, Todd joined the Fry ’s Division as a district manager. He was promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2015 and later moved to Merchandising in 2017. Todd joined Fred Meyer as Vice President of Operations in 2019. Todd graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business from Weber State University. He also completed food industry management programs at the University of Southern California and Cornell University.

Sara G. Parker

Sara G. Parker is Director of Human Resources for Fred Meyer. After earning a degree in Mass Communications from Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon, Sara joined Meier & Frank. In 2002, Sara joined Kroger as a Project Manager for the Retail Education and Training Department in the Fred Meyer Division. During her tenure, Sara has held several roles within the division including Recruiting and Employment Specialist, Organization Development Specialist, Human Resources Manager, and Talent Development Manager. In 2015, Sara was promoted to Manager of Administration & Total Rewards. She began her current role in 2016.

Jeffery Temple

Jeffery Temple is Director of Corporate Affairs for Fred Meyer. He has a management background in marketing, merchandising, and insights. In 2007 he created and became the Director of the Customer Insights Marketing & Merchandising (CIMM) team. Jeffery inherited the Rewards Program and Loyalty team in 2014 and merged the Loyalty and Insights teams into one comprehensive solution unit for the company. Jeffery was then appointed Head of Marketing in 2015. He graduated with honors from Marylhurst University and holds a BS in Business Management. Jeffery began his current position in 2017.

Dave Richard is Vice President of Operations for Fred Meyer. Dave joined Kroger in December 2019 with 35 years of experience in retail. He began on special assignment, working closely with divisions to improve the customer experience. He is an inspirational leader and an expert on building customer engagement and developing team engagement programs that create loyal customers and drive associate retention. He has worked all throughout Washington, Northern California, and Alaska. Dave received an associate’s degree from Green River College and is a graduate of Portland State University’s Today’s Managers Tomorrow’s Leaders program as well as University of Southern California Marshall School of Business Food Industry Executive program.

Dave Richard is Vice President of Operations for Fred Meyer. Dave joined Kroger in December 2019 with 35 years of experience in retail. He began on special assignment, working closely with divisions to improve the customer experience. He is an inspirational leader and an expert on building customer engagement and developing team engagement programs that create loyal customers and drive associate retention. He has worked all throughout Washington, Northern California, and Alaska. Dave received an associate’s degree from Green River College and is a graduate of Portland State University’s Today’s Managers Tomorrow’s Leaders program as well as University of Southern California Marshall School of Business Food Industry Executive program.
