Veggie Meatball Pizza
Consider dinner done (and plant powered) with a reimagined slice night. Simply grab your favorite vegan premade meatballs from our Meat Department, a package of naan flatbread, a jar of sauce, shredded cheese and fresh herbs. Assemble a pizza to your liking and follow package directions to heat. For a vegan cheese option, sprinkle with nutritional yeast. Or add extra crunch with sliced red onion and bell pepper.

Pull-Apart Sliders
Looking for a quick crowd-pleaser? Meatball sliders are the answer. Get a package of dinner rolls and place the bottom halves in a casserole dish; brush with butter and broil until just toasted — being careful not to burn! Prepare frozen meatballs according to package directions, then place one meatball on each bun. Top with a little red sauce and shredded mozzarella; close with the top buns. Sprinkle with parmesan and bake 5–10 minutes at 350°F, until cheese is melted and the buns are heated through.

Leftover Meatball Soup
Make your meatballs go the extra mile by using leftover homemade meatballs in a vegetable-packed soup with just a few ingredients. Simply combine leftover meatballs, a package of frozen veggies (preferably an italian blend), 2 cans of beef broth, 1 can of diced tomatoes, 1 cup of water and your favorite variety of pasta in a large pot or dutch oven. Bring to a boil, then simmer, uncovered, until pasta and veggies are tender, 15–20 minutes.
