Sheet Pan Nachos

Prep: 20 mins. Total: 30 mins. Serves: 4


1 Tbsp. olive oil

1⁄2 cup yellow onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 pound ground turkey

2 tsp. taco seasoning

3 cups Tostitos® Bite Size Tortilla Chips

1 cup Kroger® Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1⁄2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered

1⁄4 cup red onion, sliced

1⁄2 lime, wedges

1⁄2 cup cilantro, chopped

1 jalapeño, sliced


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the onions until tender, then add the garlic and ground turkey. Cook for 5-8 minutes, then season with the taco seasoning. Cook until the outside is no longer pink.
  3. Spread the chips on the prepared baking sheet and spread the ground turkey evenly over the chips.
  4. Sprinkle the cheese over the ground turkey and bake for 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the ground turkey is fully cooked through.
  5. Remove from the oven and top with cherry tomatoes, red onion, lime wedges, cilantro and jalapeño.
  6. Serve with guacamole and refrigerate leftovers.

Vegetarian Buffalo Nachos Supreme

Prep: 10 mins. Total: 25 mins. Serves: 4


1 package (12 oz.) Kroger® Traditional Tortilla Rounds White Corn Tortilla Chips 2 cups Kroger® Shredded Mexican Style Blend Cheese

1⁄4 cup Buffalo hot sauce, plus more to serve

1 can (15.25 oz.) Kroger® Black Beans, drained and rinsed

2 tsp. Kroger® Chili Powder

1⁄4 tsp. Kroger® Iodized Salt

1⁄3 cup Private SelectionTM Crumbled Blue Cheese 3⁄4 cup Kroger® Shredded Iceberg Lettuce

1⁄4 cup scallions, chopped

2 plum tomatoes, chopped

2 Tbsp. Kroger® Diced Jalapeño Peppers, optional 1 cup Simple TruthTM Traditional Guacamole

1⁄2 cup Kroger® Original Sour Cream

Cilantro, for garnish, optional


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. On a large foil-lined rimmed baking sheet, spread chips evenly in single layer.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss together cheese and hot sauce.
  3. In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine beans, chili powder and salt. On high, heat until warm, 2 minutes.
  4. Top chips with cheese and beans. Bake just until cheese melts, about 8-12 minutes. Remove from oven; top with blue cheese.
  5. Top nachos with remaining ingredients: lettuce, scallions, tomatoes, jalapeños, guacamole and sour cream. Garnish with cilantro, if desired.

Smoky Chicken Nachos

Prep: 10 mins. Total: 20 mins. Serves: 6


3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded

1⁄2 cup Private SelectionTM Kentucky Bourbon Craft BBQ Sauce, plus more for drizzling if desired 8 oz. Private SelectionTM Taqueria Style Corn Tortilla Chips

8 oz. smoked Gouda, shredded

4 oz. mild cheddar, shredded

1⁄2 cup cilantro, roughly chopped

1⁄4 cup red onion, chopped

1⁄4 cup pickled jalapeño, sliced

1⁄2 cup sour cream


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Coat shredded chicken with BBQ sauce.
  3. On baking sheet, spread tortilla chips in an even layer. Top with 1⁄2 the shredded cheeses, BBQ chicken and remaining cheese.
  4. Bake 8-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and chicken is heated through.
  5. Serve topped with cilantro, red onion, jalapeños and sour cream.
  6. Refrigerate leftovers.
