Ingredients:
- 4 cups cantaloupe balls
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 limes
- fresh mint sprig
Directions:
- Heat honey in a medium saucepan.
Meanwhile, zest the limes, then juice them,
removing the seeds.
- Whisk the lime juice and half
the zest into the honey. Toss gently with melon
balls.
- Place in stemmed glassware
or bowls and chill. Top with remaining lime
zest and mint, and serve.
