Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons fresh tarragon, chopped
1/2 orange, zested
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
pinch salt
1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets, cut into 4 pieces
1/2 cup hazelnuts, chopped

Fresh cracked pepper, to taste

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix mayonnaise with tarragon, 1/2 of the orange zest, garlic, cayenne pepper and salt.
- Top salmon with mayonnaise mixture. Roll top of fish in chopped hazelnuts. Arrange on a prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with remaining orange zest and fresh cracked pepper.
