Even kids love this refreshing, simple-to-make salad! All it takes is 5 ingredients.
- 2 pounds red or green grapes, or a mix, washed
- 1 package cream cheese, 8 ounces
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup pecans, toasted
- Remove grapes from stems. Place in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream and sugar until smooth.
- Gently fold the cream into the grapes, coating well.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Fold in the pecans just before serving.
