Important details for your proposal:
• Sponsorship proposals need to contain: demographic information, audience size, varying sponsorship
levels, list of promotional apps and benefits of the sponsorship.
• Submit proposals no later than August for the following fiscal year (Feb. 1-Jan. 31).
• Proposals submitted after August 31 need to be sent at least 3 months prior to event to be considered.
• Please include any in-kind donation requests as part of your overall proposal.
