Fred Meyer Rewards FAQs

Here are answers to some frequently asked questions about our Rewards program:

• How do I earn Fred Meyer Rewards points? It's easy. You earn 1 point* for every $1 you spend in a single transaction -- spend $100, and you'll earn 100 points. Points are tallied automatically each shopping trip -- just check the bottom of your receipt for a running total.
• How and when do I get a Rewards Rebate? If you earned 500 points or more in the last Rewards cycle, look for your rebate in the mail about 3 weeks after the end of each 13-week cycle. Rebates are equal to 1% of your point total and are good toward future purchases at Fred Meyer. For example, earn 500 points and you'll receive a $5 rebate just for shopping like you always have at Fred Meyer! The more points your earn, the larger your Reward Rebate.
• Do I have to have a Rewards card to get low prices? No! At Fred Meyer you'll find the same low prices, every day, with or without the card.
• When does the current Fred Meyer Rewards cycle start and end? The current 13-week cycle runs April 27, 2008 through July 26, 2008.
• Where can I update my information and check out Fred Meyer Rewards programs? If you already have a Fred Meyer Rewards card, you can set up your online account and link it to your card. You will be able to update your Rewards Card account information and view your current reward programs.
• Questions about Fred Meyer Rewards? You can reach the Rewards Customer Service Center at 1-866-518-2686, Monday through Friday, from 8AM-5PM. You may also email us anytime (please include your Rewards number on any email).

Fred Meyer Rewards Terms & Conditions

*Accumulate points in every department except Fred Meyer Jewelers. Also excluded are: fuel, prescriptions, tobacco, postage stamps, lottery tickets, Western Union, money orders, transit passes, fees, game licenses, phone activation, sales tax, Ticketmaster, and Fred Meyer, Kroger, MasterCard and American Express gift cards. At the end of each 13-week cycle, points are tallied and rebates are sent to those that qualify. Points are set to zero at the beginning of each new cycle.

**Eligible purchases outside Fred Meyer stores earn one point per $1 spent. Purchase made at Fred Meyer Fuel Centers and other Kroger-owned fuel centers do not earn rewards points.

***Limited time fuel discount requires $100 spend in the same calendar month in qualifying purchases at Fred Meyer. Accumulation excludes taxes, office services, tobacco, fuel, prescriptions and any purchases prohibited by law. Limit one (1) discounted fuel purchase per 100 fuel points. 10¢/gallon maxiumum savings per household with regular Rewards Card or 15¢/gallon maxiumum savings per household with regular Rewards MasterCard not valid with any other fuel offer. Fuel discounts not available in AL, LA, MO or where prohibited by law. Purchases made at Fred Meyer Fuel Centers and other Kroger-owned fuel centers do not earn rewards points.

1. Use of the Fred Meyer Rewards card constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions by each Fred Meyer Rewards Member (“Member”).
2. Fred Meyer Rewards points are accumulated on a per household basis (maximum of 10 people to a household).
3. Fred Meyer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of purchases and the household status of purchasers (such that accumulations may be limited to members of a group of individuals who are living as one economic unit and sharing living expenses). Fred Meyer reserves the right to terminate or suspend accumulations or membership due to fraud or misuse.
4. Changes to the Rewards Program terms and conditions will be posted to the www.fredmeyer.com website. Continued use of Member’s Rewards card constitutes acceptance of any amendment to the Program. Fred Meyer may terminate the Program at any time through written notice sent to Member via email (membership without email will be notified the next time their card is presented at a Participating Store).
5. Member agrees that the Fred Meyer Rewards program and any Member benefits related to it do not create any property rights in favor of Member.
6. Members may update their personal information online at www.fredmeyer.com or by calling 866-518-2686. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated personal information with the Fred Meyer Rewards Member Services Department. Fred Meyer is not responsible for Rewards that are not received as a result of Member’s failure to update Member’s personal information.
7. Group savings and services, teacher/classroom, nonprofit, and institutional programs (“Group Rewards Programs”) are separate programs from Fred Meyer Rewards and may not be combined.
