Accumulating Rewards Points:
Accumulate Rewards Points in every department. Excluded are: fuel, tobacco, postage stamps, lottery tickets, Western Union, money orders, transit passes, fees, game licenses, phone activation, sales tax, Ticketmaster, and Fred Meyer, Kroger, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Green Dot AND variable load gift cards. At the end of each 13-week cycle, Rewards Points are tallied and Rewards Rebates are sent to those who qualify. Rewards Points are set to zero at the beginning of each new cycle.

Eligible purchases outside Fred Meyer using a Fred Meyer Rewards® Visa® Card:
Eligible purchases outside Fred Meyer stores earn one Rewards Point per $1 spent. Purchases made at Fred Meyer Fuel Centers and other Kroger-owned Fuel Centers do not earn double Rewards Points.*

Fuel Discounts:
Limited time fuel discount requires 100 Fuel Points earned in the same calendar month at Fred Meyer or other Kroger divisions. Accumulation excludes taxes, office services, tobacco, fuel and any purchases prohibited by law. Prescriptions eligible for 50 Fuel Points exclude government-funded prescription plans such as Medicare and Medicaid, per state and federal laws. Limit one (1) discounted fuel purchase per 100 Fuel Points and a maximum of 35 gallons. 10¢/gallon maximum savings per household with a regular Rewards Card or 15¢/gallon maximum savings per household with a Fred Meyer Rewards® Visa® Card**. Not valid with any other fuel offer. Fuel discounts not available in AL, LA, MO or where prohibited by law. Purchases made at Fred Meyer Fuel Centers and other Kroger-owned Fuel Centers do not earn Fuel Points. Purchases made at Fred Meyer Fuel Centers and other Kroger-owned Fuel Centers do not earn Fuel Points.

Use of the Fred Meyer Rewards Card (“Rewards Program”) constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions by each Fred Meyer Rewards Member (“Member”).

1. Fred Meyer Rewards and Fuel Points are accumulated on a per household basis (maximum of 10 people to a household).
2. Fred Meyer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of purchases and the household status of purchasers (such that accumulations may be limited to members of a group of individuals who are living as one economic unit and sharing living expenses).
3. Fred Meyer reserves the right to change or terminate the Rewards Program, or any portion thereof, at any time, with or without written notice. The Rewards Program structure is subject to modification, or limitation in the sole discretion of Fred Meyer, at any time with or without notice, and Fred Meyer reserves the right to modify the current Rewards redemption values, to establish additional Rewards redemption values or to delete any or all of the current Rewards redemption values. 4. Any fraudulent use of the Rewards Program will automatically revoke any and all benefits and the right to any further participation in the Rewards Program.
5. Fred Meyer’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Rewards Program shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by Fred Meyer in writing.
6. The laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, will govern these Terms. If any legal action relating to the customer’s use of the Rewards Program or these terms, the customer agrees to file such action only in the state and federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
7. Member agrees that the Fred Meyer Rewards Program and any Member benefits related to it do not create any property rights in favor of Member.
8. Members may update their personal information online at www.fredmeyer.com or by calling 866-518-2686. Fred Meyer is not responsible for Rewards that are not received as a result of Member’s failure to update Member’s personal information. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated personal information with the Fred Meyer Rewards Member Services Department.
9. Group savings and services, teacher/classroom, nonprofit, and institutional programs (“Group Rewards Programs”) are separate programs from Fred Meyer Rewards and may not be combined.
10. The interpretation and application of the policies, procedures or rewards of the Rewards Program are in the sole discretion and determination of Fred Meyer, which in each case shall be final and conclusive.

* Points accumulation excludes Fuel Center purchases, taxes and any purchase prohibited by law. Office services, tobacco, pharmacy and purchases made at Fred Meyer Fuel Centers and other Kroger Family of Stores Fuel Centers do not earn Rewards Points. Eligible purchases outside Fred Meyer Stores earn 1 Rewards Point per net $1 spent. Purchases made at Fred Meyer Fuel Centers and other Kroger Family of Stores Fuel Centers do not earn Rewards Points. Rewards Rebates cannot be redeemed at Fuel Centers. The creditor and issuer of the Fred Meyer Rewards® Visa® card is U.S. Bank National Association ND. Please note that the Visa portion of the Rewards Points may take up to 5 business days to post to your Rewards Account and will not be reflected on your receipt immediately.

** Offer applies to Fred Meyer Rewards® Visa® cardholders only. Cardholder will receive an additional 5¢ fuel discount at Kroger Family of Stores Fuel Centers, when they redeem 100 Fuel Points and scan and pay with their Fred Meyer Rewards® Visa® Card. Not valid with any other fuel offer. Discount applies when you reach $100 in store purchases the same month. You must pay with your Fred Meyer Rewards® Visa® Card in order to receive the additional 5¢ fuel discount.
