Plus, you can view and update your Rewards information online. When you earn 500 or more Points in a 13-week Rewards Points Cycle, you’ll be mailed a Rewards Rebate you can spend at Fred Meyer. The next time you need to return something at Fred Meyer, show your Rewards Card along with the item your're returning at our Customer Service Desk. No receipt? No worries! If you showed your Rewards Card when you paid, we can lookup the purchase and credit back or refund the exact amount you paid for purchases made within the last 6 months (for home electronics, we can refund the exact amount for purchases made with the last 30 days).

*Accumulating Rewards Points: Accumulate Rewards Points in every department except Fred Meyer Jewelers. Also excluded are: fuel, prescriptions, tobacco, postage stamps, lottery tickets, Western Union, money orders, transit passes, fees, game licenses, phone activation, sales tax, Ticketmaster and the following gift cards – Fred Meyer, Kroger, MasterCard, Visa and American Express gift cards. At the end of each 13-week Rewards Points Cycle, Points are tallied and rebates are sent to those who qualify. Rewards Points are set to zero at the beginning of each new cycle.
