*Accumulating Rewards Points: Accumulate points in every department except Fred Meyer Jewelers. Also excluded are: fuel, prescriptions, tobacco, postage stamps, lottery tickets, Western Union, money orders, transit passes, fees, game licenses, phone activation, sales tax, Ticketmaster and the following gift cards – Fred Meyer, Kroger, MasterCard, Visa and American Express gift cards. At the end of each 13-week Rewards Points Cycle, points are tallied and rebates are sent to those who qualify. Points are set to zero at the beginning of each new cycle.
